About The Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Sales Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy office and ensure everything runs smoothly. This key position involves managing sales ledger tasks, supporting HR processes, monitoring KPIs, and being the driving force behind daily office efficiency.
You'll work closely with the senior manager to alleviate their workload and serve as the central link between management and our dedicated team of 7. You'll also interact with a broad client base of 1,200-1,500 clients and maintain relationships with 6 regular suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the sales ledger, issuing and processing 50-60 invoices per month
* Support basic HR functions, including attendance tracking and onboarding paperwork
* Monitor and report on KPIs to drive team and business performance
* Coordinate and lead daily activities of the office team
* Act as the main point of contact for client and supplier escalations or queries
* Ensure smooth operation of office systems and administrative functions
* Collaborate with the senior manager to implement improvements and support growth
* Maintain accurate records and assist with client communications

* Sage 50
* Salesforce
Note: Training will be provided if you're not familiar with these platforms.
