Project Manager – Commercial Build & Fit-Out (Temp to Perm) – North Region – Van Included
We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for long-term temp to perm work across the North region. Projects include warehouses, offices, and industrial fit-outs.
Retail fit-out experience alone will not be accepted.
Start date: January / February
Role Duties
* Lead commercial build & fit-out projects from start to completion
* Manage trades, subcontractors, quality, and H&S
* Work to deadlines that can change at short notice
* Coordinate multiple live sites for a major Northern contractor
Requirements
* Strong commercial build/fit-out background
* Ability to handle pressured timelines
* SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* Full driving licence
