We're currently hiring a
Production Support Officer
to join our team at the Grangemouth site. This role is key to supporting the production supply chain - receipting raw materials, coordinating deliveries and collections, dispatching product, and keeping commercial systems accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage stock control, deliveries, collections, and dispatches
* Maintain accurate system records to ensure visibility of purchases, plans, and financials
* Raise purchase orders for chemicals, packaging, and labels
* Support site waste management and administrative activities
* Provide cover across production support services as needed
About You
* At least 2 years' administrative experience, ideally within manufacturing
* Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail with excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (SAP experience an advantage)
* HNC/A Level (or equivalent)
Contract role for 12 months
Monday - Friday
Onsite.
