Nursery Assistant - Shawbury

Start Date: ASAP Location: Shawbury Contract: Full-time / Long-term (potential to become permanent) About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage. Your role will include:
* Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
* Assisting with creative play, outdoor learning, and age-appropriate activities
* Helping with daily routines such as snack time, personal care, and tidy-up
* Working closely with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care and safeguarding
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with young children (nursery or school setting preferred)
* A warm, patient, and positive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of safeguarding and child development
* A willingness to learn and engage with Early Years best practice
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 in Childcare or similar).
