We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant in our Complex Care Division. As a Senior Carer your role would involve working night shifts with our paediatric client across Kent
You work on a long-term basis with a caseload of clients and will benefit from a permanent contract, as well as the option of overtime. We are looking for carers who are keen to work full-time hours.
Responsibilities
* You will provide a high standard of care and support to our clients with complex healthcare needs.
* Supporting in providing a high level of staffing contingency for the clients we work with.
* You will ensure the clients receive person-centred care and you will support the clients to live a full and valued life.
* You will need to be experienced in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, seizure management and bowel care
Responsibilities
* Supporting our complex clients in the Kent region
* Being part of the team to help set up and support new packages of care
* Supporting existing packages of care
* Supporting PEG, tracheostomy care, seizure management, bowel management
* Supporting ventilation, bladder washouts, medication administration, personal care
Requirements
* Over 1 year of experience supporting complex care
* Experience with seizure management, PEG, tracheostomy, bowel management
* Clean full UK driving license and your own vehicle
* Full right to work in the UK
* Commitment to a fulltime contract (plus alternate weekends)
