Learning Support Assistant Lichfield £444–£455 per week ️ Full-time | Long-term | Start March 2026 We’re seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEND school in Lichfield. This is a full-time, long-term role where you’ll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, independence and life skills through a personalised curriculum. You’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure every student is supported in a way that truly works for them.
