Do you enjoy a job where every day is different and you are making a difference in people's lives? We support individuals living in their own homes in the Penzance area.
As a bank support worker, you'll have flexibility and access to shifts that suit you; whether you want to work occasionally, during term times or holidays, evenings only, or weekends only.
No experience is necessary as we provide full training. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude, and a desire to help someone live a full life!
The support we provide is tailored to each person's values, preferences, and needs. This could include developing daily living skills, assisting with personal care and medication, or accessing the local community for socialising and hobbies.
A full, manual UK driving licence is required.
Visit our website for more information—no day is ever the same.
We offer full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.
Training time is paid.
We cover the cost of DBS checks.
Rotas are planned in advance.
Successfully recommending a friend to join us will earn you a thank-you payment.

1. Develop daily living skills.
2. Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training, or friendships.
3. Contribute to, develop, and implement the individuals' care plans.
4. Communicate effectively and professionally with the people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
