Branch Manager - Kings Cross, London

Responsibilities
As Branch Manager you will lead a talented team of sales, drivers, and warehouse staff, overseeing everything from administration and stock to the delivery of products.
* Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers to drive profitable business growth.
* Build regular, focused communication with your team to exceed customer expectations.
* Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring safety standards are met, storage is efficient and customers have a positive experience.
* Take control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best‑in‑class financial performance.
* Lead a Stay Safe culture, promoting a healthy and positive workplace for all.
* Empower and motivate your team to work collaboratively and provide outstanding service to customers.
Qualifications
* Commercially aware with a solid understanding of business and financial performance.
* Excellent communicator who can engage with a wide range of people effectively.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the team engaged.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proven leader who can inspire, motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
* Skilled in building relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
* Experience in a similar role or as an Assistant Branch Manager.
* Organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage both your and your team’s workload.
* Proficient in IT and comfortable using it for day‑to‑day tasks.
* Skilled negotiator, able to secure the best outcomes for the business and customers.
* Comfortable interpreting basic financial and statistical data for decision‑making.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 7am‑5pm and Friday 7am‑4:30pm, no weekends.
