Your new role As Accounting Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high-profile portfolio of music and entertainment clients, delivering bespoke accounting, tax, and advisory services. You’ll manage a small team, oversee client relationships, and work closely with partners on strategic planning, royalty analysis, and international structuring. This is a client-facing role with scope to influence and innovate. Key responsibilities include: Managing year-end accounts, management reporting, and tax compliance for music and entertainment clients Advising on touring structures, royalty income, and international tax matters Leading and mentoring junior staff Liaising with agents, lawyers, and international advisors Supporting business development and onboarding new clients What you'll need to succeed You’ll be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualified experience in practice. A background in music, media, or entertainment accounting is highly desirable. You’ll be confident managing client relationships, technically strong, and commercially astute. Experience with Xero, Sage, or specialist royalty software is a plus.
