This UK-based civil engineering consultancy, established in 1986, delivers transport planning, infrastructure design, and environmental engineering services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. In this role, you will support transport planning projects, producing Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, Technical Notes, and Travel Plans for a range of development schemes. You'll analyse traffic, speed, and parking data, calculate visibility splays, produce drawings using AutoCAD and AutoTRACK, review site layouts, provide highways advice, coordinate surveys, and support planning strategies. You'll attend design meetings, liaise with clients and local authorities, and deliver clear, accurate reports. Based in Bristol, this is a 37.5-hour week role.
This role would suit a Transport Planning Consultant from a civil engineering or development planning background, looking to work on a diverse range of projects within a well-established consultancy, with chartership support and clear progression in a collaborative environment.
The Role:
Producing Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, Technical Notes and Travel Plans

The Person:
Degree in Geography, Transport Planning, Civil Engineering or similar
Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoTRACK
Work within a team of 7
Commutable to Bristol
