Responsibilities
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will:
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen activities.
* Uphold training and culinary standards consistently.
* Monitor and ensure the quality of ingredients and dishes, both entering and leaving the kitchen, adhere to our standards.
* Stay informed about modern culinary trends and maintain industry awareness.
