We are working with a leading employer based in Dungannon to recruit a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR Team. This is an exciting new position, offering the opportunity to shape the recruitment function and make a real impact. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for: Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing through to onboarding Collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and workforce planning priorities Drafting, maintaining, and posting accurate and engaging job descriptions across internal and external platforms Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and talent pipelining Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing assessment processes Conducting initial interviews and supporting hiring managers with recruitment best practice Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience, providing timely feedback and clear communication Coordinating onboarding, inductions, pre-employment checks, and monitoring compliance with company policies Contributing to employer branding initiatives and internal recruitment communication What youll need for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role: Previous experience in recruitment or within a HR Department with a strong focus on recruitment Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns from start to finish Confident in engaging and building relationships with candidates at all levels Experience sourcing talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals.) Skilled in screening CVs, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews/assessments Strong stakeholder management skills able to partner with hiring managers to understand requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Skills: Recruitment & Selection Internal Recruiter, On boarding Talent Management
