We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Pride Operative to join our dedicated team working across East Yorkshire. In this role, you will take responsibility for maintaining our sites to the highest standards, carrying out a variety of manual tasks including joinery, basic civil works, and minor repairs. You will also play a key part in delivering excellent customer service by liaising with our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
A full UK driving licence is a requirement for this role
In this role you will
1. Carry out practical tasks such as joinery, tiling, painting, and fitting or replacing fencing
2. Support the installation of wooden trench supports and participate in the standby support driver rota
3. Complete site reports using an app on a smart device (training provided), so good tech skills are essential
4. Respond to customer queries and complaints in line with agreed service levels, delivering excellent customer service
5. Comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, and the public
