What are we looking for?
We're searching for an outstanding People Manager who can boost team performance, productivity, and wellbeing. The Business Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the team operates smoothly and effectively, acting as a central point of connection between all key roles involved in guiding customers toward sustained employment. You will need to demonstrate;
* The ability to achieve targets and drive performance.
* Previous experience in People Management (supporting, coaching, and developing others).
* The ability to problem solve and overcome barriers.
* Show “Customer First” values and drive them amongst your teams.
Previous experience of supporting people with a range of barriers into work is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from all candidates who are passionate about changing the lives of others.
