Structured Product Sales & Account Manager | London | £80,000-£90,000 Bonus A fast-growing financial technology firm operating a multi-dealer RFQ platform is looking for a Structured Product Sales & Account Manager to join a small, high-performing team in London. The Role This is a farming role, not a hunting role. The business has a well-established client base of private banks and wealth managers - think JP Morgan-tier institutions - and the opportunity is to deepen those relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, and extract more value from accounts that are already trading on the platform. You'll act as the primary relationship owner across a portfolio of structured product clients, working closely with internal product and development teams to deliver a seamless client experience. A meaningful part of the role involves being the bridge between the platform's technical capabilities and client needs - so comfort translating complex information into commercial language is essential. New business will come your way occasionally, but growing wallet share within the existing book is the primary measure of success. The Market Structured products are growing at approximately 50% year-on-year globally. The firm is well-positioned and scratching the surface of what's possible - this hire exists because the opportunity within the existing client base is significant. What We're Looking For 2-3 years minimum experience in structured products - at an issuing bank (SP sales/coverage desk) or a private bank distributing SPs to HNWs Genuine product knowledge: capital-protected notes, equity baskets, yield enhancement structures - you need to be able to talk about these credibly, not just sell around them Experience managing and growing client relationships at institutional level Comfortable in a lean, autonomous environment - this is a small team and you'll be expected to hit the ground running FCA-regulated environment experience Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
