This Tipton-based HGV position offers an excellent opportunity for a HGV Technician (Level 3 qualified) looking for a career within a reputable main dealer. We focus on maintaining good customer relationships through efficient and competent work as part of daily operations.
Paying up to £20.00 per hour dependent on skills, experience, and certifications, with participation in the call-out rota.

Shifts:
Working Earlies and Lates: 45 hours Mon-Fri 07:00 - 16:30 / 09:30-19:00 and alternate Saturdays paid at time and a half.
Participation in the call-out rota required.
Overview:
Carry out service and repair work efficiently and competently, ensuring quality and adherence to time standards, along with other duties as specified.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Testing vehicles, diagnosing faults, and repairing safely and correctly.
* Performing a wide variety of servicing and repair work.
* Preparing vehicles for MOTs.
* Participating in the call-out rota.
* Conducting safety checks.
* Servicing vehicles with care during custody in the workshop.
* Completing all relevant job cards, paperwork, and records.
* Working overtime as needed to meet customer needs.
* Adhering to ISO, H&S, and Environmental regulations, including PPE use.
* Maintaining and updating product knowledge and skills.
* Attending training courses as required.
Skills & Experience
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent diagnostic skills.
* Full and valid UK Manual Driving Licence.
* Class 1 or 2 HGV Licence is preferable but not essential.
