Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Nutrition: Serving meals, helping feed patients, and promoting healthy nutritional intake.
* Patient Comfort: Making beds, keeping rooms clean, and providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
* Communication & Safety: Reporting any significant changes in a patient's condition to senior staff immediately.
* Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, showering, dressing, and toileting.
* Clinical Support: Monitoring and recording patient conditions (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight), changing dressings, and assisting with clinical tasks.
* Mobility Assistance:
Helping patients move around, including using hoists, lifting equipment, or transferring from beds to wheelchairs
