The Role We're recruiting for a Plumbing Engineer with basic electrical skills, ideally based in Lincolnshire, to join a national mobile maintenance team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining heating systems (PPM and reactive), with additional electrical support work when required. Projects will span a mix of commercial and public sector buildings. This is a field-based position offering variety, job stability, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, fault-finding and repairs on heating and hot water systems Maintain and repair boilers, radiators, controls, valves, and pipework Assist with minor electrical maintenance – changing fittings, switches, basic troubleshooting Attend emergency call-outs where required Complete site reports and mobile job logs clearly and accurately Ensure all work is compliant with relevant health & safety standards Requirements NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) – essential Experience in commercial or domestic heating maintenance Basic electrical understanding – AM2, 18th Edition or NVQ L3 Electrical desirable but not essential Full UK driving licence Based in Lincolnshire with flexibility to travel (overnight stays occasionally required) Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Package & Benefits Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience) Company van, fuel card, tools, PPE, and uniform Private Medical 25 days annual leave bank holidays Secure, long-term opportunity in a growing business How to Apply Envo Talent are representing the client exclusively for this role.
