JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3+ years in digital, social media and/or advertising across B2B and B2C companies
• Bachelors and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field (a combination of education and experience can be substituted)
• Exceptional communication skills: clearly and effectively articulates creative ideas on paper, with excellent presentation skills to engage and motivate others
• Experience in developing content strategies and making content marketing-related decisions for a variety of sectors
• Advocate for an audience-first and customer-centric approach to content creation and content objectives
• Understands the value of a multi- or omni-channel approach to content creation and how that content meets the best practices of multiple social and digital channels
• Knowledgeable and passionate about staying current on content marketing trends
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media, digital, eComm and CRM platforms and best practices for content creation
• Understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices
• Proficient in social measurement and listening tools, with proven experience accurately reporting and analyzing metrics to inform strategic development
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
• Solution-oriented with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach
• Ability to actively listen and liaise with clients in a professional manner, takes pride in exceptional customer service
• Comfortable developing customer-facing presentation decks with high quality and in a timely fashion
• Experience with effectively presenting ideas and recommendations to clients that generate interest and excitement
• Team player, able to work collaboratively cross-department and communicate with management
JOB DUTIES

• * Responsible for spearheading and delivering content planning services for existing customers, with a focus on digital channels (social media, web, eComm, CRM)
• *Provide creative strategy and copywriting support on relevant, ad hoc programs and sales opportunities
• *Work in an integrated fashion with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and scope, and collaborate on the development of content planning and project execution, ensuring smooth creative execution
• *Interpret different business objectives, brand guidelines and target audience mindsets, and translate that into multi-channel, optimized content and messaging
• *Research, gather, and analyze information required to provide effective, actionable content direction
• *Craft and effectively deliver clear creative briefs and run creative brainstorms to get the best ideas out of people
• *Effectively leverage user story maps and shopper journey to inform content strategy
• *Participate in key milestones/touch points throughout the content lifecycle, including performance analysis and key learnings
• *Leverage content performance metrics to fuel agility loop, striving for continuous improvement and optimization
• *Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging content best practices to inform and adapt content strategies, and act as a content advocate among internal teams and customers to keep everyone informed and educated
