What is the Job?
You will support the reservations team to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue to meet targets.
Hours
40 Hours per week.

About The Role
Your day-to-day
* Assist with daily reservations operations
* Understand brand standards and manage systems
* Generate revenue reports
* Manage group bookings and rate strategies
* Cross-train across properties and systems
* Support reservation team coverage
* Coordinate with hotels to resolve booking issues
* Report to senior management as needed
* Participate in external meetings and show-rounds
Accountability
Work within the Reservations Department, with hours typically Monday to Friday, including occasional evenings and weekends.
What we need from you
Essential
* Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations
* Experience managing group business
* 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above
* Customer service and communication skills
Desirable
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
