Base Pay Range
Job Title: Driver – Special Needs & Community Transport
Salary: £518 – £1,000.00 per month (route dependent)
Hours: 12.5 to 20 per week (varies by route)

Your Role
* Ensure passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
* Build professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
* Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
* Be available for morning and afternoon shifts on school days
What You Need
* A valid UK driving licence (car category)
* Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair‑accessible vehicles (training provided)
* Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
* Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
* The right to work in the UK
