Reporting into the Growth Director with a dotted line into the Managing Director the Business Development Director will lead Growth in the key Compass market of Government services, setting the strategic plan for growth, including new and existing clients, leading the Government services growth team and delivering annual budget.
Our Business Development Director will manage the strategic partnerships with suppliers, partners and integrators, shape our go to market proposition and commercial model.
The primary responsibility is to generate new business to drive sales and profitability to meet budgetary targets as well as playing an active role in retaining key current clients.
You will confidently and competently manage the team through all ‘steps of the sale’ from first appointment to site survey, proposal compilation to presentation and following successful bids to secure signed contract and thoroughly hand over to operational team.
