SO2 Res ToS is the lead staff officer on Reserve Terms of Service. Reporting to SO1 Snr Offr and Res ToS their primary focus is answering enquiries, providing input to service complaints and making employment decisions relating to Army Reserve personnel. The secondary role is developing the policy that underpins the Army Workforce Plan across a portfolio that includes RLFR (custodian), ACR and SToS. They are also to be prepared to support the SO1 across other matters as they arise, balancing requirements and outputs against priorities. The role interfaces inwards to the Fd Army and SJC and outwards to counterparts in the RN, RAF and HQ CSOC providing Army Reserves ToS subject matter expertise as required. The team operate a hybrid working arrangement - the job holder is expected to work in the office in Army Headquarters 60% of the time, with opportunity for 40% WFH
