Third Party Assistant Merchandiser – Direct Fulfilment
Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.
We work in a competitive hybrid working model, with 2 core days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

It’s been a fantastic time of growth for our Third-Party team, and we’ll be welcoming a new partner soon. To support this, we’re on the hunt for a talented Assistant Merchandiser to join the team and be a part of their success story.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our third-party partners and internal teams to support strong commercial results. Building brilliant relationships will be key, so you’ll need to thrive when collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders, both inside and outside the business.
If you’re a whizz on Excel, passionate about analysis and strategy, and excited by the idea of influencing performance through exceptional use of data, we’d love to hear from you.
The role
1. Lead third‑party partner relationships, owning meetings, communications, and cross‑functional collaboration.
2. Manage daily marketplace operations, from product setup to customer order flow, ensuring accuracy throughout.
3. Deliver strong commercial performance, trading accounts to KPIs, producing weekly trade packs, and forecasting sales.
4. Build and manage seasonal ranges, analysing performance, supporting OTB decisions, and completing DF sign‑offs.
5. Ensure timely product launches, meeting a 90% on‑time target and providing partners with accurate data.
6. Monitor site availability, removing low‑stock products, reviewing stock pots, and flagging risks to relevant teams.
7. Maintain and update critical paths, completing trade actions within deadlines and ensuring departmental efficiency.
8. Support promotions and marketing activity, ensuring accurate setup, partner deadlines, and commercial relevance.
9. Lead and support team development, guiding Administration Assistants through training, 1:1s and PDPs; deputise for your manager.
10. Champion the Ann Summers brand, delivering high standards, sharing insights, improving processes, and living our values.

11. An Assistant Merchandiser, ideally with exposure of Third-Party partnerships.
12. Commercially astute, with a passion for trading and data.
13. Confident using systems and maintaining data accuracy.
14. Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
