Overview
Reporting to the CFO, as FP&A Manager you will lead the FP&A activities for this scaling fintech lending business.
What you will be responsible for
* Lead on annual budgeting and forecasting/reforecasting activities
* Support the longer term strategic business plan
* Lead on performance analysis across the loan book and associated reporting to Exco and investors
* Conduct financial modelling and analysis to support scenario analysis, business cases and new product propositions
* Support future securitisation initiatives
* Act as the finance business partner across all departments
* Shape and develop MI and the FP&A function to enable fit for purpose reporting and analysis as the business scales
Your experience
* Qualified accountant with experience working within FP&A/business partnering
* Ability to create financial models
* Experience working within alternative lenders or the banking sector
* Interest in working for a start-up/scale-up
