Job Description:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Hair Apprentice or a Recently Qualified Stylist to join our dynamic team at Vital Salon. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hairdressing, eager to learn, and ready to take their career to the next level in a supportive and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist senior stylists with day-to-day tasks and client services.
* Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, and colouring, under supervision.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon workspace.
* Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest trends and techniques.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a delightful experience for all clients.
* Contribute to the salon's positive and energetic atmosphere.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) completed or in progress.
* Passion for hairdressing and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
* Creative flair and attention to detail.
