They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join in a newly created role. Your new role As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for accounts payable and supporting the wider finance team. Process and manage a invoices. Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Prepare and process payment runs Maintain supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Accurately code bank transactions into the business accounts Reconcile records with the bank Preparing monthly credit card journal Support on other ad hoc duties like payroll What you’ll need to succeed You will have: Previous experience working in similar position Excellent communications skills (written and verbal). Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
