Join Us as a Shift Manager
Become part of a team that puts customers first. As a Shift Manager, you'll look after the shop when the Manager isn't around, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to succeed. We serve customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role is to ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Maintaining fully stocked displays with a variety of options.
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable.

You are reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You support an inclusive culture, valuing diversity.
