Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee IT operations, ensuring continuity and security across all systems and networks.
2. Lead infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration, and the transition to outsourced service desk support.
3. Deliver advanced 2nd/3rd line support and manage key applications (EPOS, ERP, CRM, workforce systems).
4. Drive the implementation of digital tools like mobile ordering, loyalty platforms, and AI-powered chatbots.
5. Manage cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring strong adoption and measurable business impact.
6. Provide technical leadership, ensuring alignment between IT strategy and business goals.
