OCR Alpha is partnering with a well-established investment manager as they look to hire an Operations Analyst into their London office on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
The firm has over $10bn AUM and a strong reputation within the market, combining institutional infrastructure with a collaborative and team-oriented culture. This is a broad operations opportunity offering exposure across fund operations, trade support, reconciliations, reporting and wider operational processes within a high-quality investment environment.
The role will involve working closely with Trading, Portfolio Managers, Finance, Compliance and external counterparties, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the platform across multiple products and asset classes.
Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting core operational and middle office processes across the investment platform
* Monitoring daily workflows, reconciliations and exceptions management
* Assisting with reporting, oversight and operational controls
* Investigating and resolving operational queries and issues
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers
The ideal candidate will have:
* Prior experience within investment operations, middle office or fund administration
* A good understanding of the trade lifecycle and investment operations processes
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
