HR Business Partner
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner role in an Education Administration Programs organisation based in Hull. The company is an international education specialist that seeks to give expert and tailored advice on study skills, academic tutoring, and living services. It is now looking for an HRBP to assist the COO with administration and HRM.
Job Requirements
* Possessing a suitable bachelor's degree or above.
* Excellent command of the English and Chinese languages.
* It is ideal if you have studied in the UK and are familiar with UK higher education.
* Minimum 1-2.5 years of similar job experience is essential.
* Experience in the education training industry or company operations is preferred.
* Familiarity with UK human resources policy and practice.
* Strong organisational and personnel management skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork, result-oriented delivery and decision-making abilities.
* Passionate about education, with a positive attitude, capable of adapting to and integrating into the company's corporate culture.
