As a Nursing Home Manager, you will: Manage the overall operations of a 70 bedded Nursing home Ensure compliance with CQC standards and exceed expectations. Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently. Market the home to the community Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff.
