A well-established ground care business is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Ground Care Sales Specialist to join its growing team. This hands-on, customer-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with turf and garden machinery, including the latest robotic mowing technology.
You’ll support sales across a full range of ground care equipment, from showroom mowers and handheld tools to on-site demonstrations and customer handovers. You’ll also build strong customer relationships and develop knowledge of commercial turf equipment to assist professional enquiries. Key Responsibilities
* Sell and support garden machinery and accessories
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Carry out demonstrations and handover training
* Use CRM systems and follow sales processes
* Attend shows and customer events when required
* Support general depot duties and stock presentation
* Promote leading industry brands professionally
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in equipment or retail sales (preferred, not essential)
* Enthusiastic, customer-first attitude
* Good understanding of garden machinery or similar products
* Confident using digital tools and sales systems
* Strong communication skills and team-focused approach
* Flexibility to work seasonal hours, including some Saturdays
