About Our Client
Page Personnel are currently working with a well established automotive firm based in Leeds that have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their busy team on a permanent basis. This role will be well suited to a candidate who has had a similar role previously.
Job Description
Responsibilities
3. Assisting with the credit control function and chasing debt on a number of accounts
4. Dealing with invoices queries and resolving issues
5. Checking and posting invoices to ledgers daily using automated systems
6. Manual production of invoices when there is a system failure
7. Assisting with month end where required
8. Allocating and posting cash receipts
9. Collecting payments over the phone
10. Preparing Franchise revenue reports for major accounts weekly
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
11. Worked within a similar background before
12. Good organisational skills
13. Ability to multi task
14. Prior experience within credit control and sales ledger
15. IT Literate - Excel and spreadsheets
