We're hiring an experienced Sales Negotiator at our Macclesfield office
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and confident in dealing with clients in person, over the phone and via e-mail. A friendly and professional manner is required, combined with enthusiasm, attention to detail and strong IT/administration skills.
Hours: Full-time
Key activities include…
· Arranging & attending property viewings
· Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
· Obtaining valuations
· Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
· Regular client contact
· Applicant management
· Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
· New business generation & building local brand profile
· Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
· Nurture existing client and contact relationships
Candidate profile…
· Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
· Team player but able to work independently
· Excellent IT and administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
· Calm under pressure
· Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities
· Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
· Knowledge of the local area
· Driving Licence
Experience is essential
