Location: Blackburn | Hybrid Working Salary : £40,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE PQE: 3-6 years PQE is a MUST Responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor: Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion. Advise clients on divorce, separation, financial remedy proceedings, and cohabitation disputes. Handle children matters, including child arrangement orders, parental responsibility disputes, and specific issue applications. Draft legal documentation including court applications, consent orders, separation agreements, and financial settlements. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and negotiations where required. About You as a Family Law Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor with between 3-6 years PQE in Family Law. Experience handling a broad caseload of private family law matters. Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
