About the role:
You will be recruiting a range of positions for our Healthcare clients, managing the full recruitment process and providing excellent service to candidates and clients. You will have existing accounts and opportunities for new business development, alongside implementing innovative candidate attraction strategies and growing your network.
What we are looking for:
Previous recruitment experience with a successful track record
Knowledge or experience in the Health or Social Care sector (preferred but not essential)
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Drive, enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and team focus
