The role
Are you experienced with brand new macro site design and build and looking for your next role? In this role, you will implement and deliver complex projects through design and build construction phases. You will work closely with the new site acquisition lead to align the build delivery by flexibly resolving and designing the programme of works scope. You will be responsible for managing all third-party suppliers for design and construction, including fibre and power, to deliver projects on time and within budget, as agreed with internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll bring your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering multi-site programmes across the UK, working seamlessly with internal teams and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities
* Influence and optimise the performance of suppliers to maximise asset and revenue, maintaining a holistic view with stakeholders.
* Develop relationships with supply partners through face-to-face meetings and Teams.
* Track and report on project deliverables.
* Use defined processes to manage scope changes and report risks/issues to the Programme Manager.
* Work within the NEC contract framework.
* Manage construction of sites near railway infrastructure, adhering to Network Rail procedures.
* Undertake client duties within CDM regulations.
* Review and ensure submission of Designer Risk Assessments and site-specific construction plans/RAMS.
* Understand multiple operator design guides.
* Manage the performance of nominated supply chain partners.

Experience
* Design and build experience in telecom infrastructure, especially new rollout projects.
* Managing civils works, fibre to the tower, and new power supplies.
* Experience working on construction projects near railway infrastructure.
* Excellent communication skills and experience delivering multi-site programmes.
* Proficiency in O365 and reporting tools.
* Experience with Open Reach PIA infrastructure for fibre delivery.
