Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from getting the support they need to live a life they value. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with almost 3,500 staff and volunteers, supporting around 125,000 people annually.
Bringing together two large organizations is complex and will take time to fully integrate systems, processes, and approaches. Currently, jobs are still branded under ‘Humankind’ as we work towards full system integration next year.
