POSITION SUMMARY: We’re looking for an Internal Controls Compliance Analyst to join our Group Finance team. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of our Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program, working with stakeholders across the business as well as internal and external auditors. You’ll help ensure processes and controls are designed, documented, and operating effectively, while contributing to business change and strategic initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Supporting standardisation and improvement of the ICFR program across the group
2. Maintenance of existing ICFR documentation – supporting Business Units to maintain RACMs and other ICFR documentation.
3. Tracking of open ICFR deficiencies and remediation efforts.
4. Supporting ITGC program across the group.
5. Completion of quarterly / annual reporting requirements – Disclosures Sign-offs, RACM sign-offs, 52-109 Forms, 13-501 Forms
6. Maintaining Matrix of Authority(MOA) documentation and monitoring program compliance.
7. Supporting Controls related projects and initiatives

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

8. Experience in internal control, audit or ITGC
9. Process, Controls and/or Policy documentation and implementation experience.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills
11. Ability to create process flows and clear documentation
12. Attention to detail
13. Ability to work independently
14. Excellent interpersonal skills – change management
15. Strong Communication skills – both verbal and written – ability to clearly articulate ideas to wide audience
16. Finance/accounting/audit background with CPA/CIA designation or plans to pursue preferred (In the UK, ICAS/ACCA/ICAEW).
17. CISA Certification or equivalent would be and asset.
