Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in painting, planned works, refurbishment or social housing contracts?
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UKs leading property services and construction businesses, working on a varied portfolio of painting and refurbishment projects across the region.
The Role
Contract cost control and commercial performance
Monthly CVRs and forecasting
Applications for payment and cash collection
Variations, valuations and final accounts
Subcontractor procurement and management
Financial reporting and margin improvement
Commercial risk identification and mitigation
Tender support and pre-construction input
Supporting branch profitability and project delivery

What Theyre Looking For
Previous Quantity Surveying or Estimating experience within painting, refurbishment, planned works or construction
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
Strong CVR and cost management experience
Excellent Excel and IT skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Full UK Driving Licence
CSCS Card (Manager / Professionally Qualified Person)
