We are seeking a CAMO Project Engineer (Boeing Aircraft) to join our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) based at Doncaster Airport. Travel to other 2Excel and/or supplier sites may be required.
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with working at home, in the office, and off-site as required.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the various survey and service introduction requirements for any aircraft acquisitions into the fleet.
* Supporting the export/import requirements for aircraft acquisitions including work scope planning for bridging maintenance inputs.
* Support to aircraft surveys including the composition of aircraft survey reports.
* Technical support for aircraft modification programmes including liaison with Design and Maintenance Organisations.
* Support to the Management of Change process.
* Development of existing and introduction of new software/systems to support CAMO processes.
* Oversight of maintenance requirements throughout modification programmes.
* Management and control of modification documentation, data and drawings for prototype and approved data.
* Review, assess and process incoming airworthiness data (mandatory and non‑mandatory), such as AD, SB and ICA, in line with airworthiness procedures.
* Review and update procedures and controlled forms as required to support new or revised aircraft requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should have demonstrable knowledge and experience in a CAMO, Airworthiness or Technical Support role, strong IT and communication skills, and experience with narrowbody commercial airliners and/or Boeing aircraft is highly desirable.
Applicants must have a strong understanding of Part M/Part CAMO, Part 145 and Part 21 regulations, experience with significant aircraft modification and upgrade programmes, and a full UK driving licence.
Applicants must demonstrate Right to Work in the UK and successfully pass a Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) and/or Security Check (SC) Clearance.
