Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Support bartending duties as required, preparing drinks in accordance with established recipes.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Experience
* Experience in bartending is a requirement
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous.
* Skills in food preparation or catering are a plus.
* A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
