Position Summary Why join our team? The Product Manager role sits in the European Displays Organization (EDO) which is an internationally spread team of around 40 people dedicated to maintaining Samsung’s market lead in displays business, including desktop monitors, LCD Signage, LED Signage and Hotel TVs which are sold in professional markets. Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities In your role you will be responsible for the success of LCD signage products in the European market. Ensuring that the products are well positioned in the market within the strategy and guidelines of Samsung in order to create more brand & product awareness, securing profitable business, turnover and market share. At all times being in close cooperation with subs and Samsung´s HQ in Suwon, Korea. Next to being in charge of market analysis, strategy & commercial management of the LCD Signage category responsibilities are the following: Line up/portfolio & life cycle management Go-to-Market launch planning & execution Business status reporting incl. business plan/product performance analysis & improvement planning Market Intelligence (competition/pricing/demand/new technologies etc) Training on portfolio/direction/market approach of internal as well external stakeholders Develop EU Product Management Community What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: You have strong commercial knowledge. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Professional Display or related industries, preferably in product management, solution management, or business development. Knowledge of LCD Display and Digital Signage technologies. Strong business acumen with the ability to develop business cases that support clear decision-making. Proficiency in managing financial KPIs and experience with Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a big plus. What does success look like Create and execute an European GTM plan and proper life cycle management for new technology into the EU market Train sales & marketing teams on LCD Signage strategy/portfolio. Create a strong European Product Management community where people can learn, share and are willing to go the extra mile to create a success for our LCD Signage business How will success be measured? Hit the LCD Signage sales targets and other set parameters for Europe.
