Drive continuous improvement and embed this into day-to-day operations Implement new manufacturing methods to deliver sustainable business benefits Establish and maintain system policies associated with product lead times Ensure WIP is managed effectively to meet business requirements Support manufacturing activities both internally and externally Act as a focal point to ensure production and new products are delivered as required Lead and participate in lean initiatives Support inventory policies including FIFO, returnable containers, and WIP reduction Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and legislative requirements Work in line with company goals to support overall business objectives Carry out any other duties as required About You Technical knowledge of modern manufacturing methods Knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes Ability to challenge existing processes and drive improvement Understanding of materials management theories, processes, and practices Abi...
