The Role
The Senior Commercial Analyst will support Norton’s commercial planning and marketing efforts by providing insights and data-driven recommendations. This role suits a detail-oriented, analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and collaborates effectively across teams to achieve strategic goals.
The responsibilities include data analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial reporting, and administrative support to inform decisions in sales, marketing, aftersales, network development, and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide analytical support across commercial, marketing, sales, aftersales, network development, and revenue teams.
* Source, validate, and manage data from internal and third-party sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and strategic targets.
* Translate data into insights, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize commercial outcomes.
* Present findings clearly to senior stakeholders to influence strategy.
Administrative & Financial Support
* Manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgets and priorities.
* Oversee invoice reconciliation and validation, coordinating with finance and project teams.
* Assist in financial tracking of campaigns and projects in collaboration with marketing and operations.
Meeting & Project Coordination
* Organize cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and workshops.
* Maintain the Product Planning Request Register, tracking requests and communications.
* Support project timelines and stakeholder communication for key initiatives.
Candidate Profile
* 5-7 years experience in a commercial, business analysis, or strategy role, preferably in consumer products, automotive, or manufacturing.
* Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
* Experience sourcing, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
* Ability to deliver insights that influence strategy and improve performance.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across organizational levels.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and communication skills.
* Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
