Permanent Electrical Small Works Project / Contracts Manager
We're urgently seeking experienced Electrical Small Works Project / Contracts Manager for a permanent position in and around the Plymouth, Devon region.

* Hours: Monday-Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm
* Salary: Circa £45k p/a

Requirements:
* Experience in contract management, project planning, and budget management
* Knowledge of electrical industry standards and regulations
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
* Previous experience in the electrical services industry
* Valid UK driving license
Role Description
Full-time role for a Small Works Project/Contract Manager located in the Greater Plymouth Area. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing small works electrical projects (typically £5k - £60k projects), ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and coordinating with clients and team members to ensure project success. Daily tasks include project planning, budget management, contract negotiation, and quality assurance. The role also requires regular site visits and liaising with clients to allow smooth project operations.
Based full time in the Plymouth area, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Estimating various size projects & meticulous budget management
Skillful contract negotiation
Robust quality assurance
Ensuring all work adheres to industry standards and regulations
Seamless coordination with clients and our dedicated team
Regular site visits to keep operations running smoothly
Various size projects ranging from Domestic through to large Commercial/Industrial Projects
Managing a Team of Electricians on a daily basis, ordering materials and overseeing test certification
