Our excellent client in Cardiff, an established and growing IT Services provider, is recruiting for a 3rd Line IT Team Leader to join them on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to step into a leadership role that blends hands‑on technical expertise with people management, operational oversight, and continuous improvement. What you'll be doing: As the 3rd Line Team Leader, you'll provide day‑to‑day leadership, coordination, and accountability across a high‑performing engineering team. Team Leadership & People Development Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure effective rota coverage. Provide coaching, feedback, and regular 1:1 support.
