Product Design Engineer (Specialist Training & Development)
£28,000 – £35,000 + Excellent on‑the‑job training + Annual bonus + Progression + 33 days holiday – increases with service to 38 days + Great company benefits incl. life assurance, health & wellbeing + cycle to work + discounts etc + Early Friday finish.
Office based (early finish on Friday). Blackpool, Lancashire (commutable from: Preston, Thornton‑Cleveleys, Lytham, Kirkham, Longridge, Fulwood, Fleetwood).

The Role
* Design lighting products using 3D Design software (SolidWorks).
* Develop new and existing products & work on custom projects from cradle to grave.
* Participate in product testing, installation, risk reviews, etc.
* Office‑based role – Monday to Thursday 8:00‑17:00 / Friday 8:00‑16:30.
The Person
* Degree qualified with experience in product design using SolidWorks.
* Experience producing engineering drawings for manufacture.
* Understanding of manufacturing methods: sheet steel, welding, machining.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
