Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to expand sales and market share for microgrid solutions through partner channels.
* Identify and Build Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners in the energy industry, fostering long-term collaborations.
* Collaborate on Marketing and Sales Plans: Work closely with partners to co-develop and execute joint marketing and sales strategies to promote SANY’s microgrid solutions.
* Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, analyse competitor activities, and assess customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaigns and promotional strategies.
* Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
* Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting microgrid solutions and strengthening brand presence.
* Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with developments in the renewable energy sector, including changes in regulations affecting microgrids and related technologies.
* Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, providing insights on partner performance and overall sales progress.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of sales processes and procedures to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above, with English proficiency as a working language.
* Experienced in Channel Sales Within The Energy Industry, With A Focus On Microgrids.
* Strong Understanding Of Microgrid Technology, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
* Experience in business risk control and the ability to manage business risks throughout the entire process.
* Good communication and negotiation skills, team spirit, and the ability to work under strong pressure.
